Quick to Take Outrageous Money for Nothing and Still Won Fraudulent Charge with Bank!

Shops, Products, Services

This rip off started when my Dad lost his social security card. My parents, in their 80's, immediately went to the internet to replace their social security card. If I would have known that this had happened we wouldn't be in the mess we are in. Please note that a social security card can be replaced very easily for free at your local social security office.instead, my Mom paid this 'company' $44.00 for a 'replacement card'. This was done in August and as of November they had received nothing! Obviously I led them to the SS office immediately in August and had their card replaced but the fact remains that this company had their $44.00.

We filed a dispute with the credit card company against them and amazingly enough they won stating that my parents willfully gave them their money. I even went back and told the credit card company that my parents have received nothing from them.

When I contacted simplefilings.com I got an email from them stating that they had sent my Mom an email with paperwork for her to use to get a social security card replacement and the case is closed. I wrote back and told them to please resend that email and evidently they are not going to respond and, as stated by them, case is closed.

To take people's money knowing full well that this type of action is free through your local social security office is sad. Most people contacting them will be older or just unaware of what is available in our country.

So my 83 year old parents on a fixed income have lost their $44.00 to this company. How sad to take advantage of people who trust you. I guess it's legal to do this... But I wonder... How do they sleep at night?
