While my son visited the buck standard we've available on numerous events where the workers and supervisor are outside smoking. Actually onetime the supervisor was in the doorway calling for that additional worker in the future outside to smoking. We were the only real types within the shop in those days. They quit the shop alone with no one was there to manage us help if required. Our son has asthma so when he's uncovered this causes him trouble in breathing. Pls advise your workers it's not skilled to smoke outside from the entry doorway while clients are entering your shop. It it proceeds we shall need to look elsewhere.
