Employees smoking in front of store

Workers are smoking outside safeway near-post office, check-cashing shop and insurance office and cafe. I've to walk-through the smoking with my children to make the journey to the postoffice. Our children shouldn't need to be put through tobacco smoke misuse. Please have workers consider their smoking crack behind the building where no body is likely to be at damage. Thanks.
