Card Kept Being Charged After Cancelling Service

Made a onetime payment to transfer service to another address, then cancelled service. Onetime charge recorded for training purposes, of course. Company continued to charge my card. Chase bank. Of course Chase and direct have third party agreement. Never ever trust a one time payment. When your card provider promotes a tv provider,, bbbeeewwwaaarrreee
