Todd Knrach, operator of Personalized Pine, wasn't glued or covered whenever we offered him a deposit to get rid of bushes from our lawn. We questioned if he might have the qualifications required and he explained he'd. He didn't and he declined to return our deposit of $200. I expected him if he'd please return our deposit and he explained NO, I questioned if he would maintain cash he'dnot gained and he explained YES I'm GOING TOO KEEP CASH I DID NOT GENERATE! And he hung on me. He was really rude and shady.
