I have made 2 orders a sports memorabilia. I had a bad experience both times. They state that your orders will ship usually the next day. Both times it was almost a month before they shipped it. The first time it happened, they had a good reason. Although when i called asking about it they told me that they would call me back. Never happened.

Then 2nd order I made was over 3 weeks ago and they have yet to ship the item. This is a common item that you would assume they would have in stock somewhere. It's actually a mini golf putt green that I ordered for a 5 yr/old's birthday. Whenever I call I am always put on hold for 15 min. Or more min. I leave messages and they don't get back to me. I have recently e-mailed them about the order. I guess we will see what happens with that.

If you need anything by a deadline, I would not order from here.
