Not too bad at all despite other negativity

I ordered a comparatively big order from MerchNow on November 3. It was shipped out to UPS on November 7th, and I got it today, November 11th. (Notice that there is indeed a weekend in there, so that delays it by a day or so.)

So I would say I got my order in the mail rather quickly after purchase.

My order consisted of 17 posters (5 signed despite ordering only 4 signed), 5 shirts, 4 cds, 2 pins, 1 wrist band, and 2 zip ups.

All of the above were in great condition minus one defect on one of the hoodies. The design on the front was way off center in comparison to the online photo. (Thus, defective).

I am sending it back soon to exchange it. That is the only problem I have had with it. (I've ordered twice before as well, back in May and in early August).

It took a little longer in August, but I had really put in a late pre-order (the day before... So I expected a little hold up from late notice... And they were holding the shipment as one item was out of stock, they eventually sent it to prevent further delay.) I received the other item later, with no additional costs.

OVERALL - 4.5 if possible due to one defect.
I will order from them again.
