FALSE ADVERTISING - To them customer service is A JOKE

When I called them I explained that I heard their radio advertisement a number of times that stated they would clean your sewer line and to prove its improved condition, that they would video it/take pictures to shown the line was cleaned for $97. The service person showed up and I showed him where my 2 cleanouts were and explained that I was having a settling in the ground above the sewer and wanted to video/take picture of the sewer to make sure it wasn't broken. I was told that since it wasn't clogged and all I wanted was to view the sewer, the price would now be $385., I said you have got to be joking that they would be doing much less work than advertised but they wanted to carge me 3 1/2 times more money? He said that was their policy, I told him to call his boss that I can't believe the sham, he called his boss Dan and was told that they could give me a better price but it would now be $150., I said I would pay the advertised price of $97. But no more and they said ok, bye. I told them that was the poorest customer service I had ever had in 56 years and that if anyone EVER asked me for a plumbing company reference that I will do everything I could to make sure that Resue Rooter never got any business, they are still running that same false advertisement today on the radio - KOOL - FM - Phoenix, Arizona
