Not good service

I purchased 2 double bedrooms for my kids.inside a month there is a production problem - a large break about the headboard. Today after I questioned the client support to alter both mattress because it is harmful for my kids, they declined despite the fact that I had been prepared to spend the distinction.

Exactly what a bad customer support - that also from PACKET. I'm disaappointed.
