On 3/5/10, I sent an order form for 3 items. I obtained part of the purchase on 3/11/10. After I didn't get the remaining purchase by 3/20/10, I named and was informed the purchase was total by Dimetrus. On 3/30/10, I named again, to become informed, that the check was delivered to me for $51.98. I called again on 4/20/10 and talked with Leslie, to become informed a check WAS shipped on 4/11/10. On 5/3/10, I called again, because I had not received my check. Again talking to a Joan. She essentially stated there is nothing she might do. I requested to talk to her boss and was transferred to some Tayna who proceded to estimate organization plans in my experience. I subsequently requested ON HER boss, she transferred me to some Wanda. Again-all she did was estimate organization plan and inform me there is nothing she might do for me personally for thirty days and also to call-back on 5/11/10 if infact I still haven't gotten my check. Envision my shock, when obviously I've NEVERTHELESS not acquired stated check. I called again today, 5/18/10 and was move to all over again another boss called Latoya. SHOCK, you know what Latoya appologized in my experience and stated she'd need to place a track on stated check which once more might consider AT-LEAST 6 times. CUSTOMER SUPPORT I believe not, but be happy with all of your people they are doing understand business plan. I'D LIKE my cash and that I need today.
