Worst Customer Support ACTUALLY

I called to request if it had been ok to deliver a check which was over a particular restriction and was informed yes deliver the sign in also it might publish to my consideration in 10 business days.

I sent the check following day atmosphere; monitoring it also it came on June 30

I named to check on of the day it'd clear and was informed it didn't appear.

I told the individual it did and was signed for by "individual who closed" at 8:15 am.

They still claimed it'd not appeared and because itis within the restriction it can't be transferred and might return.

I told them I had been informed to deliver the check which it'd clear.

They said there have been no guarentees and also the check could be delivered back. They claimed somebody may contact me. No body actually did.

I called on July 6th and was informed the check was onto itis long ago in my experience, however they didn't possess a tracking number. How peculiar???

So today (July 7th) I named them again and requested for that following range for that check they truly are time for me.

I had been told they do not have one. I stated how will you understand itis on itis long ago in my experience plus they stated it was on itis method to their lock-box. I stated thatis not what I had been informed.

Again they said somebody may contact me... Yes im right

I stated that is completely uncommon and that I have to keep in touch with someone TODAY. I requested to talk to their corporate workplace. I had been informed they don't possess a moving #. I expected for that immediate quantity and was informed there isnot one.

Frustrated I mentioned, "the way the heck would you enter contact together than?" and was informed via email.

And So I mentioned, "Fine provide mean email."

"I am sorry we can not do this!"

Anything is incorrect with Hurry Card/JP Morgan and that I WOn't ACTUALLY WORK TOGETHER AGAIN

Oh and obtain this in conclusion I told them I'm shutting my consideration, how may my resources left within the account be delivered in my experience...

Oh ma'am we will send you a check and it will consider 8 to 10 business days

I Will repeat myself! I'll never conduct business with Hurry Card/JP Morgan of course if you're wise you will not possibly!
