This was a definite overcharge for the work that had actually been completed

The estimate directed at me was for washing a whole 4 bedroom home therefore it could be in transfer-in situation when completed including getting the rugs cleaned. The washing team contains one aged female & one younger lady, not really a qualified cleanup team and after three hours all of the areas weren't yet washed and so they quit. I'd to complete exactly what did not get washed 24 hours later and obtain the home prepared to get a tenant. I told them-not to return to wash the rugs... I'd get another person plus they nevertheless billed me $350.00. It was an absolute overcharge for that function that had really been finished.
