Received a fraudulent phone call

I received several calls this week informing me that I had been the champion of $3.5 trillion pounds money. Then I had been directed to visit the closest Western Nation to pay for a FedEx charge of $199. /-

I informed the owner I am very disabledand I've no cash. I've nowhere to obtain the cash, and that I do not believe this phone is from Marketers clearinghouse. If it had been, You'd not be asking me to cover the shipping of $3.5 million.
