I received many calls this week telling me that I was the winner of $3.5 million dollars cash. Then I was instructed to go to the nearest Western Union to pay a FedEx fee of $199. /-I told the caller I'm very disabledand I have no money. I have nowhere to get the money, and I don't beleive this call is from Publishers clearing house. If it was, You would not be asking me to pay for the delivery of $3.5 million. Please notify all your readers to notify the police department hen they get calls like that.
