I obtained a telephone call from Herman Lewis June 8 about 10:30 A.M., salesman for Retriever Payment Solutions. Mr. Lewis stated he never explained that I really could stop my bill with Rent Finance Team who funds Retriever within 6 months of registering. I'd a trip from Mr. Lewis on or around Nov 5. That evening he explained that I'd have a merchant account to take charge cards from my customers. I'm a bail bondsman. He also explained that I really could stop this consideration after 6 months from November 5. He also mentioned he never delivered me a charge card device. I've the initial containers using the handle: Port Stillabower, Retriever Payment Methods, 826 Office Park Group, Lewisville, TX 75057.

I also received a telephone call from the Mr. Frakas (sp?) on or around May 26. I advised that David (herman) Lewis had explained that I really could get free from the agreement with 6 months of the beginning of the agreement easily desired to. I advised Mr. Frakas within the telephone that used to do not believe it had been reasonable to become informed something and also have the agreement claim another thing. He arranged with me. I obtained the telephone phone from Mr. Frakas, since I'd shut my banking account, plus they couldn't longer charge from this. I told him to deliver me a document statement. They currently harrass me with continuous phone calls requiring cost and certainly will not really contemplate deciding with me for less. I also observe from rip-off statement that others have documented these folks for that same misuse. I've delivered a notice towards the Federal Trade Commission.
