Inoperable Cifial faucet parts

Requested a Cifial Hexa tap ($455.00) from efauctes.com. Delivered instantly, seemed excellent, all of the components are there... But we are not plumbers so just how might we understand... The "clic-clac waste device" posts weren't long enough (and went in incorrect path) to achieve the fan that it tightens to, The plumber stated this component was Western edition, and didn't match regular National plumbing. I approached efaucets, who explained they mightnot do something about this but that it had been typical (!) and I will contact the maker straight to buy an expansion package. Whoa, $455.00 also it fails and you ought to purchase more components?

And So I called Cifial. Their solution: we-don't market straight to clients anyhow, but THERE'S NO EXPANSION device. Out only additional choice would be to have an available-device drain. After I questioned what that recommended she stated "one which can not be closed-off". Excellent. I'dnot so company again with EITHER of those businesses!!
