I signed up for Lifetime Unlimited usage

I purchased the internet Lifetime Unlimited usage for sesarching people from Recordslogin.org and now they want me to pay for a search evertime I need to look up info on someone. I have emailed the service and they tell me to send them the name I want to look up and one of the customer service people will look up the info.

I did not pay for a service to have someone else look it up for me. I paid for full access and I expect to get what I paid for. I have not been able to find a physical address so I can contact the BBB about these business tactics. I am very upset about what they are trying to do to customers that paid for a service in good faith and now cannot get what they paid for.
