Boston Store - Bad Customer Experience

Dear Sir/Madam,

This past weekend my wife, 1 year old daughter and I were in Boston for a long weekend. As we were staying at the Four Seasons, we decided to go to the Jacadi store on Boyleston Street in Boston right next door. On Friday August 19th at around 4:00pm we walked into the store and inquired about getting a dress for my daughter. The two sales persons (both female) never left the register area located towards the back of the store and simply pointed to the front of the store where the younger children items were. When we inquire about a certain size, neither of the two sales persons left the register area, but simply said "whatever that is on the rack". Let me also note that it was raining that day and we were the only people in the store. I felt that we were an annoyance to the staff members and that they were doing us a favor by allowing my family into their presence. We shop at Jacadi quite often back home in New York, especially the Columbus Circle store, and I am appalled at the customer service at the Boston Back Bay store. I wouldn't even expect to be treated that way in an Old Navy. I hope you find my feedback and insight helpful in continuing your business operations.
