AAA Ballance Pools Liar, Liar, Would not honor my fiberglass warranty! Faulty pump wiring!

June. I paid almost $9,000.00
Randy's crew was unreliable and slapped on fiberglass using old gel coat. Never dried properly and places where coating was thin cracked away from the shell within 6 months.
Pool developed leaks in late 2005.
New tile started popping out within 8 months. Tile grout was not sealed and washed away quickly.
He installed a new pump for me and wired it wrong. Left beer cans and cig. Butts around the site and failed to remove any of the trash, old pump or large boxes. I had to hire someone to fix it and do start up for me.
I tried to reach randy for months and reported him to BBB in 2006. The BBB informed me that several other reports had been filed and also ignored. Linda Fort Worth, Texas
