We received a bid regarding requested crack repair, tile replacent and "Gel-Coat application...$6500.00&1/2 down and other due at completion.

Includes removing old tile, repairing crack and ther repairs to the pool surface, putting in new tile, and appling the "gel-coat"
Dan offered a "1500.00 discount if we scheduled in June. Also included deck resurface and life ti warrnnty on the Gel-coat, and 5 year on the tile and 3 year on the tile.

When approached after gel coat was applied, we request a second coat as there were still apparent areas that were not repaired correctly... Per his helper (who actually did most of the work) a second coat could be applied "and the pool would look good"&Per DAN, the gel coat would need to be sanded down and reapplied. No show for 2 days, then on 3rd day, workers showed up around NOON, and proceeded to tear off all newly applied tile, damaging the edges of the the pool and left all the trash in the pool and did not return...
Dan finnally called back stating the he needs the "the remaining balance before he would "finish the job"... Now he is not answering any calls...
