Major problems getting a refund if you are not satisfied with the dress you ordered/bought.
The dress I ordered was too big, even though I provided thorough, complete measurements.
The QUALITY of the dress was POOR; frayed hems, twisted sleeves, bunched bodice, TOO BIG, TOO LONG, just a real disaster! It was just a pure disappointment and a HUGE hassle. The Customer Service department was not helpful or courteous at ALL and basically denied
that there were any problems. They even insisted that I provide MORE photos after I had
already provided 6 different shots of all the problems.
Thankfully PayPal reversed the charges after I filed a dispute and then escalated my claim.
Just don't order anything from them. Its not worth the run-around to seek a refund.
