TBDress
Poor quality dress. Not as shown in photo. Refused to refund

I wish i had seen this site before ordering a dress from tbdress. I would never, never have placed an order.

The dress was not anything as shown in the picture. The quality was not as depicted. The fit was poor (and I am an easy size 6).

I immediately contacted TBDress and advised that I wished to return the dress. No response. I went on their website and did a 'chat.' I was advised that they would handle my matter in time and to wait. I sent multiple repeat emails. No response. When I stated I would file a complaint with my credit card company and with PayPal, I received a response that I should give the dress to my 'sister as a gift and that she would be very happy to receive it.'

The bottom line - they stated my complaint was no reason for them to accept the dress back; however, they would give me a discount on future purchases.

Chalk this up to bad luck. I can only warn others to proceed cautiously with this site.
