MCI I am not able to get ahold of a human being

I signed up with a company that advertised through the teachers union. I called and ordered several phones. I was overcharged for not only the sign up fee but for after my free minutes. I was on hold for over 45 minutes more than once. The company that first sold me the phones has not returned any of my 5 calls and messages.

I think they have shut off my phones and I have emailed them since I can't get through to close the account. The service is horrible the phones are crap and they rape you with charges they did not tell me about up front.
