Did not pay for phones as advertised

I sent 2 phones in to Phones is cash.com my so called account says check sent 5/23 no check yet. I have sent emails, tried live help. No response from anyone, I think this is a scam, I cant find a phone # anywhere for this so called Micromedia corp. Needed the money for the phones, since my husband died in March, but oh well live and learn, BBB has numerous complaints. This company is a rip off. I would not recommend this company, that doesn’t make a difference I know, they have 300.00 of my phones.
