Defective Products, Exorbitant Return Policies

I hope that this review isn't too scathing. I'm not here to hurt anyone indefinitely; jjgames.com isn't a bad store. And I'm not entirely sure what the definition of rip-off is, but for me it means being promised something, and then not having it delivered. I'll keep it short and sweet.

Here is my complaint:

I received defective products, video games, and then upon complaint, I found out that I have to be subject to their unusual return policies which includes a 15% restocking fee. Plus there is no reimbursement for shipping. That isn't very good, since shipping Canada to the USA is much, much more expensive than the reverse. With that I could expect to get back 40% of the money I'd given them.
