This company is rude, very rude

It has been atleast over annually. I'd hail injury on my vehicle that we am still spending on. I had been not behind on my funds at the moment, the insurance provider delivered the sign in my title and theirs, nicely they cashed the check and not delivered the check back, and so I never got my car mounted. I named and have enemy a statement for the things they did with this particular cash, I had been informed lots of various factor for example they put into my balance are they got it from the total amount. I never could easily get a declaration for this-they WOn't deliver it. And that I told them I'd send in funds they said no. I simply wish to number is this authorized and when not may I do something about that. The check was 1,900.00. And I'd a 500.00 ded. The corporation is rude really rude.
