They will not return my phone calls

Bought window shades from Beyond Panels January. 16 One screenis cut didn't match right, the miter lacked approximately. 1/8 to 3/16 fitting together. Mr. Residence guaranteed to-order another one. Several months passed when he returned to my home to set up two extra shades on additional windows. I ask where the cut piece was. He explained it had been within the vehicle. He went towards the vehicle and stated he couldn't discover the item also it should be in the office. It has been happening for approximately. Annually. I've named many times and remaining messages. They'll not return my telephone calls.

Mr. Residence also guaranteed to-order cut items to around another screen which was not calculated properly to complete the spaces.
