Bad Dress

I ordered a dress from Udreamybridal.com almost three weeks ago and recieved it about 5 days ago. At first, I thought they had sent me the wrong dress, but instead, it was a very poor reproduction of the picture on their website. Poor quality, poor fabrics and poor workmanship. The color was even wrong. The "too good to be true" price was even too high for what I recieved.

I went back on their website and sent an email to their customer service and recieved one back from someone named Ashley within a 2 days. She wanted me to take pictures of the dress and email them, which I did. Then, she wanted me to take measurements and take more pictures. I said, "no more pictures or emails, just refund my money and I'll return the dress." There have been no more emails from them since then. I have sent several more, no response. What is my recourse, being this company is in China and they already have my money? Am I stuck with this God-awful dress?
