Lies to florist and customers

For florist: i'm a florist. When you have had trouble in only plants attempting to say they bought different things than they did or even the consumer reported in your order not being proper, later on demand they sent the order to you through ftd mercury or bloomnet. This can prevent them from saying they sent one kind of floral design, etc. Once they actually sent another and many possibly shorted the client about the order. Simply flowers just attempted delivering mean order for a memorial on the sunday afternoon when everyone is closed. The order was to get a $35 agreement of issues, afterhours on the saturday. I requested they send the order through mercury once we don't take orders from them within the phone due to the problems we've mentioned. They finally agreeed.in about four minutes they called back to cancel the order stating the order returned on mercury and they spoke with the client plus they wish to currently cancel the order. Once we all know, the mercury system takes about fifteen minutes, on the great day to transmit in one florist to a different. Simply flowers again has lied to my store about an order after my spouse and that i invested about twenty minutes in a few telephone calls together over a $35 purchase. Please advise all your customers to send directly through their local florist to avoid this kind of exercise. This order will likely not get sent to the funeral services due to just plants attempting to brief the florist. Simply yesterday they'd sent an order to my shop, mentioned they sent another purchase than what was delivered and desired my store to take the new order for the client, at my price, at to market the aged arrangement to another person. They are nuts.
