This company does not pay Vendors! And a lot of other people!

This so called company loves to hire vendors to do services for them at the 3 apartment complexes they have in Indianapolis, and then NOT pay them for the services. From what I understand, JCap owns one apartment complex, and they are a managing company for the other two. And from what I understand, the other 2 complexes have investors. Well... Those investors need to know that JCap likes to pay for services at the complex they own, from money from at least one of the complexes they manage. I did services for them, and I expected to be paid within 30 days. I wasnt. I kept calling the complex and asked for the manager, and ofcourse she was never there. Or I was told she wansnt there. And if I was lucky enough to contact her, she would tell me the check was in the mail.

3 months go buy and I was still not paid. So then I threatened to contact my lawyer. It was a week after that, I got a check for HALF of what they owed me, and the funny thing was... The check was from a complex that I never worked at!
And word gets around fast. JCap is known all over the Indianapolis area for not paying vendors. And vendors talk. I feel sorry for any unlucky person that works for them, because I can flat out tell you by my own experience that THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. And I try to warn as many vendors as I can about them.indianapolis Vendors... Do NOT do any kind of services for JCAP MANAGEMENT.
