I believe this is completely inappropriate

The event really occurred today (Jan 5 - this day unavailable on draw-down). I purchased vegetables from Cherry Woman as items. Among the packages study "25 seeds". The present receiver explained there have been just 14 vegetables within the box. I created an on line request to cherrygal (deborah) who explained that "brands were palm produced towards the finish of the entire year" and also the product record was for 10 vegetables on the web site, and so I really "got significantly more than I settled for". I believed it was rude & mentioned the vegetables were something special, the receiver did not begin to see the site; I had been informed to "obtain a hold" and requested "that which was happening in my own existence to create me so furious". I quickly submitted a using the BBB, subsequently obtained ANOTHER reaction which stated "I really hope you are pleased". I really believe that is totally unacceptable.
