It is now (late) September & he still hasn't shipped my seeds

I purchased vegetables out of this site in July. It's today (late) June & he nevertheless has not delivered my vegetables! I've delivered him numerous e-mail stating - if you should be not likely to ship me seeds - THEN RETURN MY CASH!!!

He did delivered a USPS discover around three months before that appeared to show that possibly - he might really deliver the vegetables. But alas - the following number nevertheless does not display the vegetables as REALLY BEING SHIPPED! It simply claims - the USPS continues to be informed to become prepared to get a bundle to become delivered, etc, etc...
