Bad Customer Service!

The incident actually happened today (Jan 5 - this date not available on pull-down). I ordered seeds from Cherry Gal as gifts. One of the packets read "25 seeds". The gift recipient told me there were only 14 seeds in the packet. I made an on-line inquiry to cherrygal (deborah) who told me that "labels were hand generated towards the end of the year" and the item listing was for 10 seeds on the website, so I actually "got more than I paid for". I thought this was rude & stated that the seeds were a gift, the recipient didn't see the website; I was told to "get a grip" and asked "what was going on in my life to make me so angry". I immediately filed a complaint with the BBB, then received ANOTHER response which said "I hope you're happy". I believe this is completely inappropriate.
