Rip-off! They offered me a "no credit check" credit card for $345.00 with a $3000.00 limit, plus other good stuff, but I never got anything. NASTY! Champlain

On 2/26/04 I was contacted by phone with a great sounding Offer. A credit card with a $3000.00 limit, with no credit check, and a "package" with alot of other good stuff, for "only" $345.00 to be debited from my bank account. Having financial difficulties relating to health problems (no insurance) etc., I thought this was a way to get my feet on the ground again, so I agreed.

I was never told that this was a premium card to be used in their exclusive catalogue, and that I was to receive a voucher for an application for a Visa or MasterCard card, the kind that I would use as a savings acccount.
Then I waited for this package, it never arrived, I was told it was "lost in the mail", another was sent on 3/22/04, never got that either, it too was "lost in the mail".

I have requested a refund many times. I just got off the phone with the manager, Allan, who now tells me that he cannot give me a refund, because I agreed to the terms of the offer, which I never did had I known just what it entailed, and it has been over 30 days so the deadline for a refund has passed!

One would think that at my age I should have known better. I just got scammed. PLEASE, get these guys! They are still in business, scamming other suckers like me!
