Didn't give me my money's worth

It all started on myspace February of someone Steve Crocker' and his other page 'STP photography' friend requested me. He said he would help me build a portfolio and that he would work with me once a month-if I signed a contract. He said its non-refundable and charged me $200. I was living 60 miles from him and I would have to do all the traveling. He had no car. He only took like 20 pics of me at his house and never gave me a cd or any prints. They came out horrible. He wanted me to get certain clothing for the shoot. I was unclear, one time he said to me "Quit calling me again and again over what to get! Its!" One time when we were shooting he told me to Put your finger in your genital area, so it looks like your. For his lighting, he was using some pivot lantern that garages use to fix cars.

Then a 'group photo' session at his place again a few weeks later. The photos came out very unprofessional looking. It was in his basement and the washer and dryer were in the backround. Some other model Carrie, did my hair and makeup. Then a few days later he was calling me telling me that Carrie couldnt find her necklace. He was accusing me of stealing her necklace even though I totally didn't and he did not believe me. I felt pretty threatened when he said he wanted to take me to court. I told him his accusation made me upset. He said "I dont make you cry, you make yourself cry.
He was also demanding Give me credit! On my myspace profile for that one little photo he took. Later on, he saw that I wrote a comment on my friends myspace page about how upset I was, he called me and just started ripping at me about that. He would not stop yelling at me for 15 minutes about how 'disappointed' he was about that group shoot. He kept ranting about how he didnt like me taking a sip of his juice, yelling Stop making excuses! Dont tell me to hide it! Do stores ever hide their merchandise? How would you like it if someone did that to you! That is disrespectful! And how I 'kept walking around' because this paint odor was bothering me, he yelled "I posted about that on myspace! Dont you ever pay attention?!"Dont you ever ask me to give you gas money! Thats not in the contract! You are so demanding! And I am going to report this conversation." All I can say is he was pretty abusive. One day he randomly called me and You better not be talking trash about me. Are you? Especially to your friend Erin? Have attempted to make other appointments with him after that, just to get my moneys worth, but he kept blowing me off.in April I texted him to make an appt, then he replied Oh hey its my personal stalker. Im like, Are you kidding? He was serious. We had a date planned, but then he cancels it telling me his grandfather died. He never did anymore shoots with me like he said he would or whatever that contract said.

Last time we spoke, he was living in Hartford CT. He might have moved since then, I dont know
