He contacts you via MS and states he wants you to be in his calendar. He is quick to send you a contract, which states you pay 40% of the cost of flight and room which is to be reimbursed when you show for the shoot. He pushes you to make a quick decision as he says he needs to get the plans going for you to come out there and shoot. Once you advise you will do it, he tells you how much you need to send. He will only accept money via Western Union - Money in Minutes. He tells you to call him when you are at Western Union. He stays on the phone with you the whole time (holds true for each girl I've spoken too). I just found out yesterday that one girl checked a box so he had to show id. He yelled at her and made her rip up the form and redo another one. None of us realized by giving a test question and answer he doesn't have to show id. He told the girl he didn't have an id. I believe he stays on the phone with you so you don't have time to talk to the workers or read over the document. I've asked him over and over for proof of my tickets, and to date has not provided them. I sent extra money since I was going to take my mother-n-law with me. The day after I sent the money she backed out. I asked Eugene if he had purchased the tickets yet and he said no. I did advise I would take a friend. Within a short amount of time Eugene told me to get another model. I said, can she take the place of my friend since he hadn't purchased tickets and he said yes. Once we found another model he wanted her to send money, I advised you have more than enough from me no need for her to send money. He states he is at a loss for money with me and won't refund me. I stated then I would go there, and still can not provide me with proof. There are a few models now awaiting tickets. One model was scheduled to go on 7/28/09, less than a week before he called and pushed her shoot until the end of August. Even though it was less than a week before she still hasn't seen tickets. I sent him the rip off report told him I was concerned and wanted my money back. He deleted me from his myspace that day. I believe he didn't want me to make contact with any models to blow his cover. He also has deleted all my comments on his main page. I have print outs to prove my comments were there. He has told me he now has consulted a lawyer about me just in case I try and spin things. However, yesterday is now offering for me to come there. Someone gave him a heads up that I'm onto him. I have multiple e-mails not only mine but from other women. Many women have been contacted by him; however, a lot didn't send money. I have copies of e-mails showing that also. He will text you from one number, and takes awhile to call you from another. Makes me wonder if he has a phone system that makes you think that's the number he's calling from.
