False Return Policy

I purchased a watch from Nextdaywatches.com and after receiving it, I decided to return it because it was too heavy. I called the company and requested an RMA and they ignored my request. After contacting them 4 times, they finally sent it to me. The watch was returned 30 days ago and they still have refused to refund my money even though I have UPS Proof of Delivery. Their 365 day return policy is a scam and now I'm forced to work with VISA to perform a charge-back to get my money back.

Warning - stay away from this terrible company.
