I got ripped off when I purchased a president model, quality is poor not the same as what they advertised, links are loose, watch has scratches, date is off, cyclop is off centered, worst of all TIME IS OFF. There were False accusations, all employees said that my watch is non refundable even if I returned it on time, talking to the people about my request for a refund, leaving messages on their voicemails. The company makes you miserable after you purchase the watch and want to return it contrary to their website that says SATISFACTION MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!! Tell the whole world not to even consider buying from this company. I am out to get my refund back and help everyone not to be in my shoes, it's awful to be cheated and disrespected. The company has no integrity, they just want our money!!!
