UNIdeal dishonest rip off refund and deceptive website and customer service very rude unavailable manage

I sent back a defective watch within seven days of the return policy. I sent an explanation letter once with the return and separately on the mail to express my request for $863 refund. I spoke several times to two associates to reinstate the refund and express why the dissatisfaction. Too much, a lot of work just to request a refund. Exactly the opposite of what is simply stated as easy return/exchange/refund policy on the website and what I was told on the phone when I was inquiring before the purchase. Obviously, these sellers were just nice when hypnotizing you into buying and paying COD, but as soon as I mentioned return for refund, I was made to wait thirty days approximately, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY CAN ONLY SEND ME A STILL DEFECTIVE REPLACEMENT WATCH. I returned the replacement watch and demanded the manager, John Lee to give me back my money since I don't have their watch.

The manager rudely yelled at me, the associates I spoke to denied all my refund request statements, phone messages, and said I did not mail any letters of request. I have made about a dozen of phone calls BUT NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS RETURNED!!! Worst of all, they gave me lame run arounds that for refund negotiations I needed to talk to the manager who was only working on Saturdays, from 12-2. To make it more impossible and frustrating for me, I was only told about it three weeks after I sent the first watch back and was told to wait 14 days for the refund. And when I finally talked to the manager he tells me that I am 30 days beyond the return policy and I don't get my money back. What a company of LIARS!!!

I donn't want to be completely helpless by writing something that can impact their wrongful business dealings. I only wanted to buy the watch for an ill relative before a surgery and paid COD so I can get it sooner as I was told it will take 3 weeks if I paid with credit. I took a risk because the website rating ranked them well. They may be a good company to others but definitely my case should be noted by all who should not assume that everything that seems good is really good because I have just been a victim of bad and illegal business ethics and practices. I need some justice please.
