Will not Return Deposit

Created a great faith deposit to buy a blue female setter. After 7 months breeder offered all-blue women setters to others (after encouraging me one). Provided (written down) to return my deposit. Explained check was within the email (written down).

Today says he wont return income since I changed my brain. Not the Case - and he understands it's not the case since I've the emails to exhibit he agreed to return my cash whenever a woman wasn't available.
