Abusive grooming, hostile work environment

One of the groomers (BF) is allowed by the owner and the staff to do the following to "bad" dogs (bad meaning they wiggle, cry, or resist grooming): Open hand slap, punch, pull hair, scream at, threaten and pull of the grooming table. She will lift them up by their scruffs and throw them down. She will also throw them up against the wall in the tub. Once she carried a small dog by its tail across the shop while the poor dog screamed. The owner knows about the behaviour and ignores it. It's sickening. She will do this whether the dog is misbehaving or not. Most dogs will misbehave while being groomed. They are, after all, DOGS. They do not deserve to be treated this way. She will beat them until they defecate on her table.
