This company ships products that have not been ordered, then threatens you when you call them on it! We unfortunately PAID for 2 shipments that we didn't order. We are a large apartment community and have several staff members. The employee that signed thought that it was ordered, then I,

As the manager, paid for it as it is a very likely product that we might use. THAT'S what CMC is banking on - that is what most busy/large companies do! When I spoke with the company, they said we signed for it fraudulently so it was our fault!!! They had put it attn to a Jaime Crosi. And if we signed for it and didn't have a Jaime Crosi then WE were committing a crime!!! Unbelievable! They are SNEAKY, UNREPUTABLE, SCAMMERS!!!

I told them we would be sending back the latest shipment (unopened & undamaged) as we hadn't ordered it nor did we sign for it. The man said we would be turned over to collections in that case. I tried calling them back and no one will answer. I left messages, with no return phone call.

I have been doing some extensive internet searches on this company.inumerable other businesses have experienced the same as we did! Watch out! I thought if maybe we had caught that we hadn't ordered the product AS it was delivered, we could have just send it back with no problems. Apparently that would have made no difference (according to the other reviews/complaints I've read). They still have sent invoices and harrassed companies that have refused delivery! I just hope they are caught and put out of business so other struggling companies won't experience this!!!
