Cosy Cafe is a small Cafe servicing a small community. Profit about $3000 a month.
Salesperson Dustin Brewer came in and lied to me saying that his company "Northern Payment System" "Lease Finance Group" "Lease Payment System"... I don't know what is their Real Name Will pay me $800 to take my old equipment and give me new one free for a $60 a month charge.
I signed one page and he said that he will give me the rest of the contract tomorrow because he didn't have a full copy.
I didn't see him after that. I got the equipment delivered and I start getting charged $80 a month not $60, $250 bill for the new machine and Never got reimbursed for the old one as Dustin promised.
3 months later I got Dustin answering my call. He said that to stop calling him because he was fired.
I also got a threatening letter from the lawyer "Saussaman" and he claimed that he doesn't work for the company but handle this claim.
I got many calls from Collection agencies (maybe they claimed that they are collection agency...)
I called the company directory and found out that the salesman Dustin Brewer is still working there and attorney "Saussman" is in fact a staff member.
In short, I won my case!
