Swore, Used profane language, threatened into trying to sign a lease

On May 16th I got off work early drove all the way down to Pacific Beach from Carlsbad in traffic (an hour drive) to sign a lease through Cal-Prop management. My property manager Dustin Sutton took me to his office and began reading me the "6pm version of the lease" (his words, not mine) because he was in a hurry to get home. Then Dustin Sutton tells me that I have to have the electricity transfered to my name before he would give me the keys. After dealing a lot with SDG&E in the past with other rentals - there's usually a four or five day lay over period before getting it transferred over. Voicing this, he told me to "watch my f*ing attitude". Taken aback, I lean back in my chair and calmly ask "is this how you treat all your clients?". He didn't like being talked down to and instructed said "maybe we should do this a different time when you're not being such a f*ing a*hole".
