Terrible product

Purchased a gazebo, adopted the directions for constructing so that as we'd the gazebo on our deck, we could not peg it along so we employed the provided man rules to secure it to bushes and our home. It survived 3 times after which with overnight rainfall, it crumpled. Camping World have informed us that their tent and gazebo rods aren't included in a guarantee. Additionally they informed us that people built it improperly which it's our problem the gazebo didn't surpass requirement. No-where do the directions note weighting the gazebo and also the images on the site display no man rules or loads about the thighs anyhow. We've been provided NO OFFER OF FIX, ALTERNATIVE or REIMBURSEMENT. Stay away from the corporation and undoubtedly of the item.
