Mislead me and took advantage of my trust. Terrible customer service

I visited the spa and pool outlet in nov 07. While shopping for a spa I told the sales associate that I am waiting on financing on my house to go through so I would like to wait on signing for the spa and construction and go ahead with the purchase of the gazebo. She had already filled out the paperwork for the complete purchase of the spa, gazebo and construction and she refused to fill out the contract for the gazebo only.

Basically I was duped into signing for everything after I stated that I just wanted to sign the contract for the gazebo. Now they are saying that It is mandantory that I pay the full price even though I feel like I was swindled into signing the "all sales final" contract. Now I am out the 1800 bucks for the down payment and they are probably going after me for the remainder which is 16 thousand dollars.

I have been trying to contact corporate to see if I can settle this deal but nobody ever answers the phone and nobody ever returns my calls. I am so tired and fed up with them. It is like they just stole my 1800 bucks from me and they do not have to contact me because they have my signature on a "all sales final" contract. Buyer beware, they will take your money and run.
