I order shoes online and thought that site was in US when they charged it to me it was in China. And the goods were not delivered

I bought shoes online. At first i thought i was buying from US online store, I just found out that it was from China when they email me a confirmation of the order. I was already charged on my credit card.
It happened last Sept 24, The email the confirmation on Sept 27 (I was alreday Charged) Sept 29 they gave me tracking number for EMS China which was not working. I follow up to them which they reply first but now they are ignoring all my emails.
Until I'm still hoping that I will receive the goods. But I am sure that these shoes were fake.
