I ordered a pair of shoes on 2/9. It's a month later and I have not received the shoes, nor have I received any notice about their status. I submitted multiple requests via their online page asking for an order status, or through which company they shipped the shoes and a tracking number. What I thought was a tracking number did not work on USPS, UPS, or FedEx. And no response from the company.
My credit card was charged via PayPal.
My order confirmation email was sent from:

I tried replying to that email and emailing that address, only to get a failure notice.
