Sells a garbage product, no way to contact company ripoff

I bought two "Quadra Hose" packages from a retailer in London Ontario. The first time I opened the box one of the products was broken and the other was so cheaply made it fell apart the first time I tried to use it. The retailer doesn't warrenty the products and sent me to the manufacturer which not surprisingly can't be contacted. Their customer service section applies only to on-line purchasers.

I am ticked off that I spent $20.00 on a watering system that I can't use and doubley ticked that they both broke. A pretty good indication the entire product line is crap! I would never pay anything for another product by EMSON NY NY! And I hope no one else does either. On the paperwork in the box, there is no phone number e-mail or web address, no phone or other contact number. Just the name of the company on the box and the logo in the corner (which is how I tracked them down.
