Screwed up my order and refused ti correct it

I ordered some parts from these people. I guess it was my mistake that they are not a US company. It took forever for me to get my order... They claimed a postal strike. Where in the civilized world can a union shut down mail for weeks?) When the package finally arrived it was 59 days after the order date. They had carelessly not filled the order correctly. When I emailed them I was assured that they would correct the order and send the correct merchandise. It never came! They were VERY aware of the timing for filing a fraud claim on a credit card (60 days) and used that to the max. Avoid this seller!
